Product Compliance Statements

TCH, in an effort to support our customers and supplier base, has committed to RoHS compliance. Pursuant to this effort, we will help our manufacturers as well as our customers manage RoHS introduction.

Included in this management process is as follows.

• Supplier Policies: Inform our customers of our manufacturer's RoHS policies as these policies continue to evolve.
• Part Specific Information: Inform customers of specific part number detail on compliance as this information becomes available from our suppliers.
• Inventory Management: Provide assistance in managing the transition of non-compliant inventory to compliant inventory (specifically product pipeline management).
• Market Demands: Keep our suppliers posted with market and specific customer needs, which will allow them to be more responsive.
• Education: Working closely with our supplier partners, Prototek Sheetmetal Fabrication will, to the best of our ability, provide our valued customers and employees with the most up to date RoHS related information available.

T.C.H. Sales Inc. confirms that substances regulated by REACH, EC 1907/2006, Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical Substances, the 211 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) listed in the candidate list that was current as of the effective date of January 19, 2021 are not intentionally used in the parts and products we produce, provide, and/or sell.

TCH is constantly monitoring the substances of very high concern (SVHCs), as defined by REACH, in our products. This will be an on-going process since the complete list of SVHCs will be released in stages. Please contact us if you would like confirmation of REACH compliance on certain products.

2. No attempt has been made to verify this information via third party analysis.
3. SVHC-Candidate List will be updated as more substances are added by ECHA.
4. Furthermore, we can't warrantee our parts for REACH compliance after they have been further processed by our customers, third parties or stored for a long period of time in uncontrolled environments.
